設(shè)備配置工件運(yùn)輸系統(tǒng)， 可自由進(jìn)出真空箱；
真空箱體采用全不銹鋼結(jié)構(gòu)，箱體內(nèi)表面經(jīng)過特殊處理，氦吸附率?。?
可精確控制被檢件外壓差，確保工件免受損傷；
配置氦氣回收系統(tǒng)，氦氣循環(huán)使用．降低使用成本。
